Customer satisfaction survey results

The 2025 customer satisfaction survey looked at how Junkkari’s machines and services are experienced by our dealers and by customers who purchased a new machine. The results were strong across all groups. The NPS score for Finnish dealers was 80, for export dealers 85, and for customers that had bought a new Junkkari machine it was 73. These are excellent scores also in international comparison and show that Junkkari is trusted both as a product and as a partner.

NPS (Net Promoter Score) measures how likely customers are to recommend a company, product or service to others. The score is given on a scale from -100 to 100.

he survey assessed Junkkari’s performance across a wide range of areas, and the scores were consistently very high. Almost all topics reached an average of around 4.5 out of 5. The highest ratings were given to technical support, the work of our sales personnel, delivery accuracy, and our spare parts operations. These results highlight the reliability, support and practical usability that customers associate with Junkkari.

Key strengths based on ratings

The open comments added valuable context and highlighted users’ everyday experiences. Respondents emphasised the reliability of the machines, their ease of use, and the fact that help is available quickly when needed. Service and spare parts were also mentioned repeatedly and were seen as reliable and well organised.

Similar feedback was given about training and customer support. Customers felt that the machines perform reliably and that working with Junkkari is straightforward in all situations. Training materials and personal guidance were also mentioned as useful and easy to access.

The results of the survey will continue to guide Junkkari’s development work in the coming years. We will keep investing in the areas that receive top ratings year after year, especially technical support and spare parts, and in ensuring that our training and instructions support users as well as possible. We will also continue developing sales-support materials together with our dealer network. Our goal is to ensure smooth cooperation and a consistently high level of customer experience in all markets.

The high ratings reflect long-term work that includes product development, testing and close cooperation with our users. Based on the results, Junkkari’s strengths – Finnish quality, skilled personnel and reliable services – are visible in our customers’ daily work. We will continue to build on these strengths in the coming years.
